Someone told me that the ATI laptop video cards are upgradeable. I was just wondering because I am about to order the zx5000 (cto) with the Radeon 9600 which is a 64mb video card, and if they come out with one that is a 128mb I am going to want to have that over the 64mb. So are they upgradeable? Thanks.

no sir, they are most definitely not upgradeable. only high-end laptops offer that and you have to send it back to the manufacturer to get the upgrade done (dell does this with the Inspiron XPS system). this HP zx5000 is not upgradeable. next year we should begin to see notebooks with easier vid card upgradeability.
