There is a video camera on my HP dv9233cl laptop but I'm having trouble finding a way to access it. I've looked thru the Control Panel but find nothing. If you know how to get to it please post here.

Use an instant messaging program like AIM. Or if Quickplay is still installed on your computer, there's a convoluted way to access the webcam inside Quickplay.
