I recently upgraded my Presario 18XL2 from WinMe to Windows 2000 and found the video driver for the ATI Rage Mobility 128 very difficult to locate. In fact, I downloaded any number of files which would supposedly do the job and didn't. If you upgrade to Windows 2000 be sure to install DirectX 9 or 8.1 prior to attempting to load the video driver. Otherwise it may not work. I was finally able to use a driver for Dell laptops which worked. Good luck!
Find it in the drivers and downloads section of Dell's website, file is W2KA07; the release notes state the following:
"

You can give the Omega Drivers a shot. They work on my ATI IGP 345... But since I am abeit young, I am not familiar with that generation of ATI cards and whether or not Omega Drivers support them.
