    Hey yall!!!
I bought an hp dv6565ca from staples in canada and im really considering installing a "Fresh" Os without any bloatware threw the "antime upg disk".

My issue is that the DISK and the labeling and all is...... IN FRENCH!!! (Omg!!!) Does anybody know if the disk is biliangual of am i screwd badly.... since i dont want a French os.

*(The reason for installing a "Fresh" copy is because my laptop takes more than 2 min and 30 seconds to load!!! and i removed everything that was possible!! Even the Dual-Monitor check!!!!! So i was guessing that by installing a fresh copy... i would work like a charm!!! :D)

oh, here are my main specs...
intel 2 core duo t5454, 2gb ram, geforce8400m gs..... It shoudlnt take THAT much time to load for chr**t sake....

I believe all the Vista discs are multi-lingual. Or at least they all should have English on them.

The recovery disk is in english but anytime upgrade is in french?

Disks are unilingual (except some recovery disk, toshiba canada for exeples has bilingual windows installations)é

Ultimate allows you to download language packs though

Have you actually tried booting up from the disk and actually looking at the setup menu? You dont have to format yet at this point

I remember when ive done previous fresh installs it asks for the language, timezone and keyboard etc. or i could be completely wrong and it asks those after the install.

I think that's afterwards, but you have to agree to the all-mighty EULA beforehand though.
