    Vista H P crashed after lunch a software for installation on DV7-1175NR

    could any one help me on this matter?

    i bought this laptop DV701175NR INTEL for about 3 months... but this problem keep happening -

    i have all my software stored in my partable hardrive - i tried to install all software to my vista to work but some of the software won't lunch after double click to install - only has the cirle running around the mouse (waiting for the application to lunch) but it will never lunch up the software for me to install. while that circle is running around the mouse the system cleaned all icons on desktop - all programs in Start ---> Program Files --- cleaned everything - so i have to restart the computer to see - now this is a problem - first 3 times it's totally crashed - can't boot up at all have to do the system restore.

    I sent my laptop in to HP they replaced the hardrive this time i got the same problem installing different software - i have to wait for it to clean completely everything then i restart - this time it can bootup but only the COMPUTER icon and the DOCUMENT icon left on the desktop the wallpaper become black. beside that nothing elses. PLEASE HELP ME ON THIS... I'M RUNNING VISTA HOME PREMIUM.
