Im having trouble with my internet explorer and vista.....
first off, when I have multiple windows open at one time and then I move my cursor to the "X" tab to close one of the windows it will automatically shut all the windows close and I mean all windows (Internet explorer) that I have open......and worse thing is sometimes it even restarts my computer after all the windows are closed.......I ran numerous virus scan and none was found.
performance is really great on running my 3d applications and other software, but somehow its having issues with the Internet browser....I tried both IE and FireFox.

anyone having the same trouble?.....is this something I can adjust the setting somewhere? how can I solve this?....any comments and suggestions will be much appreciated

    Thanks all!!!!

I hate the new Internet Explorer and I use FireFox all the time. It sounds like there are multiple pages open in the same browser, in that case you can't hit the x button on the main browser or it will close all the ones inside. If this is the case, if you want to close one of the browsers inside the main one you have to click on their individual x that appears underneath the URL. If this is the case, just realize that browsers open up multiple pages inside the same window, so you can minimize the amount of space used on your screen and still have multiple pages opened simultaneously.

I'm not agree with Envision, my experience with IE7 has been great (up 30 tabs open at the same time with no problem). The only key point about fiefox over IE7 is performance. Firefox consume less memory using tabs and IE7 consumes a lot more memory.
