Hi. I need help. I currently use dial-up. Vista does not have driver for my modem on Pavilion zd7377EA. I have searched their website (connexant). So, I currently use PCMCIA modem. Can you help me?

hmmm when u try to upgrade the driver, go to choose the driver from a list and see if you can't use a generic/general driver for your modem.

I tried using XP driver, and my computer hanged permanently. (I have to admit, I did not use safe mode, but I can tell you when booting normally, it always hanged when the welcome screen come in). I re-install it. There is no option for me to select generic driver. I know how, but there's no generic driver displayed. It just said "Have Disk"
