I have a question to see if anyone has installed Vista on their HP 8000t. I am going to try a tri-boot of Vista , Media center and Linux. My laptop has a 2250 intel duo core processor, 2 100 gig hard drives, and 1 gig of ram. I was plan in installing media center first, then Vista finally, linux. Does anyone see a problem with my installation order? What driver problem might I have?

I tried Vista on my dv8000t this past weekend.
I had 3 devices that did not install - audio, raid chipset, and something else.
It ran fine and I didn't have time to goof around and look for the drivers but they are probably out there.

I have installed Vista on my dv8000t and it runs fine. Drivers that come with the notebook will work with Vista. I have 2 100 gb hard drives and I installed Vista on the second drive.
