i have two questions:

1. does anyone know anyother way apart from credit cards of paying for shipping of your vista upgrade? i only have a debit card but that is not available as a payment method?

2. does anyone have the email address to unlock your coa has when i cancelled on the upgrade site it said i had to contact customer service??

please help

1. You should be able to use your debit card as a credit card since usually the debit cards are associated with Visa/Mastercard etc and so the process should be the same.

2. The customer support e-mail varies from region to region. Anyways here are the phone numbers for different regions...
