This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Volume/Brightness keys not responding?

    I feel like half the time I try to adjust the volume, the beats disc will spin on screen, but the volume doesn't change at all.

    Any way to fix this?

    Seems like the "Beats" audio is absolute , and just makes the Envy less functional.
