    Volume indicator and Mute Button Issues

    ive noticed that the on-screen volume and mute indicator no longer appears for some reason on my dv6152eu, though when i leave my laptop for about 10 minutes or so and the screensaver runs and sometimes the screen switches off, the volume indicator comes back on screen when using the Quickplay volume buttons but the mute button no longer works.

    What do i do to get the volume indicator back on screen and solve my mute issue??
