I am planning to buy WD Passport 160 Gb:

but I have read that it needs two USB ports and a cable is quite short. There are two USB ports on the left side of hp 9000t, and are they provide enough power to use this external drive without problems?
Does anyone have WD Passport 160 Gb?

There is only 1 USB connection that it needs, and that provides the power as well. We use these all the time at work and I know for a fact it only requires 1.
The only problem I've noticed with the WD Passports is that the USB cable they provide is very short. Other than that they are great external drives, and very portable.
Also, why don't you spend $40 more and get the 250GB model:

Great. Thanks.
And thanks for a suggestion -
