I have a hp dv3 1075us laptop that I am not sure if it is worth repairing. When I power up the laptop the screen flashes and the light above the number lock will flash as well as the light next to the caps lock. The screen will flash for approx. 20 minutes at which time the the log in screen finally appears. The numbers and caps lock continues to flash. The number lock and cap lock are flashing one time so what I understand this indicates a CPU issue....

This laptop was purchased in 2006. Would it be worth repairing? I am not sure what a CPU would cost for it.
