I have looked everywhere but I can not install connection manager because it says it cannot find my WWAN device. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have an HP DV3T running Windows 7.

Have you installed drivers for your WWAN device? Is there any questionmarks or exclamation marks in the Device Manager?

Well I don't see any specific drivers for the WWAN and there are no question-marks.
