    WXGA+ in Pavilion

    Does anyone know when will HP allow us to upgrade our 14.1 & 15.4 laptop (when making new purchases) to WXGA+ (1440 x 900) from WXGA (1200 x 800)? I browsed Dell's website and found out that Dell has that option. I think larger resolution will be really helpful. I don't want to buy the 17 inch one because of the weight and such.

    I'm waiting for them to offer this kind of upgrade.

    HP already has high res LCD options.

    for 14.1", you have to buy from their business line

    for 15" and up, you can buy from their consumer or business lines.

    it seems that HP changes up their options faster and more often than any other manufacturer. keep looking and i'm sure it'll show up unless you want to buy now, then check out the business line

    Well, the reason that I prefer HP to Dell is because of Pavilion lineup.. I just love the design of Pavilions (+ the exotic finish on the laptop). Looking at their business laptop models, i think Dell Latitude is much better looking compared to HP's NC/NX series.. So i guess i have to wait for the option to upgrade to WXGA+ for their Pavilion 14.1 inch..
