    Hi,

I bought a dv5t. I just got the default, 1 year warranty. Paying with my AMEX card gives me another year for free as well.

I was thinking of getting a SquareTrade warranty, but wasn't sure if it was worth it? Or should I just stick with my 1+1 warranty that I get by default?

    Thanks.

I have found Squaretrade to be about the cheapest around, but I think you can only pay for the three year warranty. So I think probably not worth it if you already have 2 years. However, they are pretty cheap for the accidental damage warranty also, so if you don't have that and want to add it cheap, might be worth it if you carry it around alot or have kids..
