    Hi,

Just wondering if anyone has used/tested the built-in webcam on the laptop?

Any feedback would be appreciated in terms of image quality and ease of operation with respect to software used with it.

Folks have suggested skyppe for video telecomm. Is this a good program to use and will it work with the DV6000 webcam?

    Your help would be appreciated.

    Thanks,
    eagle07

    Thanks Khanak.

Good to hear that the built-in webcam is good enough.

Does the dv6000 come with the software to run it?

    thanks,

you can run it on your Windows Explorer or selecting the camera on your Control Panel.. you can also run your webcam through your IM (YM, MSN, Trillian, etc)

i think 1.3mp is ok for now... but you cannot swivel it like on asus or dell notebook webcams.

Skype is quite picky about webcams. Can someone confirm that s/he has used dv6000's cam with Skype?
