How do I, or am I able to make changes to my webcam settings on my Pavilion dv6t-1300 CTO laptop in order to stop the slow motion looking movement? Is there a 'frames per second' adjustment to be made, or is this just a low quality webcam issue?

    Thanks...

You could try lower the resolution, go into a brighter area, and disable any night/low light options if any are available.
