Does anyone know of a good cary bag for this laptop thats not too expensive I saw the one HP was offering but decided not to get it because I didn't like the price, and figured I could find a better deal. Would be great if i can get it at best buy, target or circuit city or some other store.

Are you looking for a messenger bag or a backpack?

Kensington, Targus and Wenger are all reputable brands, and relatively inexpensive. I think CircuitCity has the Kensington Contour 17 inch notebook messenger bag for $30 after rebate.

Whatever brand/model you choose, now is not the time to go cheap. You've just spent over a grand for the nb. Give it a good home.

That said, Case Logic makes some nice bags. Find one that's right for you and of good quality, then head over to eBay to see if you can get it for a little less if all the sale prices are still too high for you.

For what it's worth, buying some work supplies yesterday I saw some pretty sexy 17-inch laptop bags at Office Max. Multiple colors, and either $40 or $50 bucks.

I use a nice laptop back pack made by Eastpak (not sure of the spelling.) I can carry books at the lappy in it's own padded compartment) at the same time.

Like Mr. Wonderful mentions the office supply stores carry some niiice carry bags as well as back pack styles too. But the prices are usually premieum meaing you should be able to get a better deal online.

Just make sure to bring you lappy with so you can get a feel of it in the bag as you look.

Also, I have seen some great bags at Ross & TJ Maxx stores...worth a look too...

Have fun finding a cozy nw home for you new buddy... ;)

I'm sure something off of eBay would be the best for you. I bought my laptop case on eBay. It was an Aluminum combination briefcase.

Alright thank you all for your suggestions, I have just one other question that I would rather ask here.
Does HP stick by the time it gives you or will it possibly ship sooner/later? The waiting for my new lil buddy is probably the hardest of all, guess it makes sense that I got a lil longer wait cuz the shipping was free.
