Hi
I am interested in getting the following new Samsung SSD
Newegg.com - SAMSUNG 470 Series MZ-5PA256/US 2.5" 256GB SATA II Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)
It seems nice and i was wondering if anyone has encounter with this ?
I read the thread and it says this is the new one . Can it slot into the hdd space ? Will the 4k limitation of HP Envy slow it down ?

I think this one is a bigger deal
Newegg.com - Crucial M4 CT256M4SSD2CCA 2.5" 256GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) with Transfer Kit
I currently own the M4 128GB version.
It's a bit cheaper than the samsung but its WAY faster (double)
I know you want see a speed difference thanks to the sata II controller in the envy 1xxx lineup, but nobody says you cannot use it in a later notebook or desktop. Since it's the same price, I think it's rather clear.
Marvell controlers are also known for there reliability (that's why I don't mention Vertex or other sandforce equipped models) -
Either than M4 or a 240GB agility or vertex 2....Samsung is a poor choice IMO.

Go Crucial or the Samsung.
I wouldn't recommend OCZ.
What SSD should i get for HP-Envy14 -1xxx
