Hi I am sorry if this topic has been covered below but my basic search didn't lead me to any information that I could relate to. I bought a hp dv9222tx recently and it seems to be running rather hot (the cpu has even overheated and shut the laptop abruptly) I am posting below a screenshot by speedfan..what i would like to know is which one is my processors temp (core0/core1???) and if this is normal..or should I take it back to hp and demand a replacement..the current processor is a t5200 and I was thinking of upgrading to a t7200 but if heating is a problem for a t5200 I wonder what would happen with a t7200  also how do I update my BIOS can its currently f.26 which i read in some threads is a crappy bios

    Acceptable temps:
    CPU idle < 60, CPU full < 70
    GPU idle < 80, GPU full < 100
    HDD < 60

    Good temps:
    CPU idle ~45
    HDD idle ~45
    GPU idle ~60

is there anywhere that I could find out more information on the what everything in the options tab is. I already looked in the Almico.com website but that wasn't really any help. Thanks.
