warranty - period (extendable by paying for it) of time during which every damage, which cannot be directly traced back to a user-made damage (eg. smash the notebook or stab the screen, expose to heat/fire etc.) can be repaired for free

service agreement - not sure, but i think similar to care pack, except that a business gets the service agreement for free if it's HP's partner (ie. ordered some 200 notebooks from HP etc.)

care pack - payable period of time during which damages (also "some" user made) are repaired for free. one also has better service conditions, like 24/7 tel. hotlines, insetad of 8am-5pm etc.
