Well, like some of you I have problem with my repair...this is my 2nd repair so a replacement might be in order. The thing is my case manager left me a phone number which she wouldn't pick up nor return. I've left a voice message before and never got a call back, this morning I left another message we will see how it goes.
I have a question though. What would be the case number? I wrote down a 10 digit number which the case manager gave me but forgot what it is. Or is it the JKVXXXXX that appears on the email?
