    What is HP Software Framework?

    Hello,
    Every couple days or so the HP notifier pops up and tells me I need to install HP Software Framework. As of now I have always ignored it and not installed it. Here are my questions:

    -What is HP Software Framework (HP's definition of it is confusing)?
    -Should I install it?
    -If not, how do I get it to stop bugging me?

    In the options after opening HP Support Assistant and running a health analysis, you should see two... "postpone or ignore".


    Personally, I would just install it. Not sure of the benefits, but it didn't hurt my system either.
