I've found this HP here in Sweden. It's obvioiusly a barebone, but it's quite hard to find any info about it.
Ok, so no RAM, CPU, HDD, But what about DVD? My guess is that it comes without DVD as well, the problem is just that these models uses a non standard form factor optical drive, so they can be pretty expensive.
What about other features such as Bluetooth, WIFI, Point Stick?
If you know anything about this one, please tell me. I don't even know what RCTO means.![]()
Since a DVD would be pretty expensive for it I might use an external DVD for now. I don't use CD/DVD's very often anyway and I would use the laptop 99% at home as a DTR it wouldn't be a big deal.
Only problem is installing Windows...
Can a new HP laptop boot from a USB CD/DVD?
I don't have much experience with newer laptops, unlike desktops.
Thank you.

The RCTO - might indicate some sort of custom built model since HP uses the CTO tag for most of their models which are customizable. As for the R, i have no clue. Might be something which applies to a reseller/retailer. Bluetooth, Wifi might not be included since they are user replacable and standardized. As for the DVD drive most barebones that I have encountered always had the drive since as you said they can be pretty expensive in some cases. It would be a good idea to contact the seller and see if they can give you more information.
