    What will you be using the laptop for? Because the Dv6 would be better for gaming, but the G62 would probably be better for general use

    I will mostly just use it for school, but general stuff too, like watching movies, streaming movies, slight video editing, even some non-hardcore gaming

    also does anyone know of any other better laptops for under $800??

    Get the Pavillion, Intel integrated graphics are the worse around.
