HPSdpApp.exe ----keeps opening up a window without a close button that says "This program cannot display the webpage"

I can only close it by control alt delete. I deleted the .exe file but its running from the hp wireless assistant file. It comes up about every five minutes when I am on the internet or not. connected or not. does not matter.
Just started this yesterday. I have tried start up menu in msconfig and if I turn off the hp wireless assistant it is still brings up this window whether its running or not.
HELP its driving me crazy... through movies, music, reading, it pops up in word like a pop up. And I have scanned my computer like crazy for malware, ad, and spy with four different utilities including ccleaner, adware, trendmicro, windows malware program.
    Anyone?

Download Toolbarcop, it will show you all the registry entries for your startup programs nad your browser addons, you can delete the registry entries and see if that makes a difference. If it doesn't you can always add them back.

try killing the process from task manager - then searching your pc for that file "HPSdpApp.exe" deleteing the file and searching the registry and deleting it from there, then reboot - regedit (Start>Run>Regedit make sure you make a backup of your registry before making any changes) or boot into safe mode and do the above -

I renamed the file and that took care of it popping up.
