    I'm looking for an alternate AC adapter for my dv8000t. The one sold by HP is a bit expensive at $80 + shipping.

    Basically, my question is what margins of differences are safe in terms of Watts, Amps, and Volts? I saw some rated at 65W which claimed to be compatible with dv8000.
