I had been trying to play around with the nVidia control panel's display settings. Some strained my eyes to the hurting level and some just made the images look dull. So I came back to the default settings. Now I am not the expert in the colors field, so wanted to ask you guys if you ever tried to play around with your settings and what settings are you using?
Is there any software to make videos and images look even better on the laptop screen by tweaking these settings?

Pop in a star wars DVD and go through the screen calibration tool. It's not the most recent screen calibrator but it's readily handy.
