    Just downloaded both with no problem. Ones 5MB and others 18.7MB

    Are you sure there's nothing blocking your access to site?

    Does this forum do private messaging? You could send me your email address and I could send them

    I was on their forum earlier and true the links would not open with the javascript command. Had to copy and paste to a new browser window. Hopefully they fix it soon.

    ya the links don't work for me either. i get some "unexpected error" thing every time i try and chat with the HP guys. :( been trying to click the link for past 2 hours to see if it gets fixed or something. just wana as them if they sell real hetsinks for laptops.
