    What virtual drive is applicable for vista?

    hi all, just want to ask what virtual cd/dvd drive you've installed on your vista that works pretty well on your machine? Does Alcohol works?

    I like Daemon tools; haven't tried alcohol.

    Yes !!! Alcohol 52% Free Edition Works for me without any error

    I'm using it on my vista 32bit system since July :D

    BTW Which Daemon tools version is good for vista?

    alcohol 120% w/ lifetime upgrades :)

    Oh, by the way, when you run alcohol, do you have to "run it as admin" ?
    if i dont run it as admin it wont mount a virtual drive, and for some reason i can't drag and drop images?? only rightclick>add image
    is that the case for you too?

    I can mount any DVD or CD without run as a admin

    BTW don't know about drag & drop thing! Wanna try :D

    I use daemon tools, works even on x64 Vista, not only on 32 bit :) no problems encountered
