According to a review I read, the second link computer supports "fixed" or manual switchable graphic, but the first doesn't.

Nope. The difference is that one of them is customizable while the other is a ready-made model. You can get the first one to look like the second by selecting the appropriate components. There is no difference as far as the switchable graphics are concerned (although if you buy the customizable one, it will take some time to build and maybe you will get the fixed BIOS by the time it ships).

they say it's "manual"...how did they do it? lol -
That is very weird. All 61XX laptops we have seen on this forum have had the new automatic switchable scheme. Maybe the review just got the model number wrong? What they have appears to be a 60XX machine which came with manual switching and a 1366x768 display.
You can trying buying that specific model and seeing what happens, but I would not count on it having the old switching scheme.
