    Which among the two should i use for my new DV2000t ?

    They are both 667mhz but what is the diff? i saw them both at newegg

    Depends on if the manufacturer likes to round their numbers up or down. There's no real difference.

    Yeah, some manufacturers round up to PC2-5400 instead of down to PC2-5300 as a marketing strategy to cause some people to think one is faster then the other.
