    The 3210us is probably a newer production model. There will be some minor changes like the keyboard with the newer models have markings indicating the Pg up/down & Home/End (which are integrated with the arrow keys) while the older models didnt have any such markings. In addition, I think they got rid of the additional mini PCI-e slot (used for the optional WWAN card available with customizable models). Otherwise they should be similar. Pick whichever one is cheaper.
