    When to call HP to get a call center in the USA?

    Does anyone know the magic time or phone number that will allow me to reach HP support in the USA?

    I'm sure the people at the overseas centers do their best to help, but they can't answer anything that's not in the script. The connection also sounds lousy and it's impossible to hear anything.

    Thats funny. what makes you think there is tech support out of the US? i wish there was, but in my experience, i have called in the day, and evening, and got someone from india.

    try the online chat, it might work out better.

    Believe it or not, I called in the last few months and got ahelpful person from Canada. It was done about 12:00 PM PST.
