When I load up skyrim, in the settings it only ever displays Intel HD Graphics. Does it still utilize the dedicated card?

I'm getting pretty mediocre performance, probably 25 fps on low settings, so I'm not really sure.

    I'm running an i7 2nd gen Envy 14.

u have to manually active the ati GPU. There's no automatic switching based on an application. So right click your desktop and select "Configure Switchable Graphics" and turn on the ATI Gpu. Also make sure you're ATI Drivers are updated.
