    Whenever video plays, HD makes clicking sound

    My old laptop(s) never did this. Whenever a video is played (DVD's, video files on the HD, Video files on an external USB flash drive etc) The hard drive makes a clicking sound much louder then normal


    is this normal for HP's

    Also just noticed that its the CPU.... not the normal buzzing it makes either. Its much, much louder. Same when plugged in

    Yeah, the fan is running at the same time. Its only with full screen movies
