I'm not too familiar w/ all the computer parts websites. The only one I have really looked at is Newegg. I just can't seem to find memory for my dv6500 laptop. Where could I find this?

Go to the RAM Deals thread and find some DDR2-667 memory. NewEgg and Fry's has the lowest prices right now.

First, go to the HP website and go to Customer Service on the top bar of the homepage. Then Select support after you buy, and then go to Internet Live Chat. There, you can tell them that you want to upgrade it your self and need to know what kind of memory you need. (Itll be something like PC2-5300 or the like) Then go to different sites and type in that model of memory in which you need. Here are some sites that are good that I know of...

    - you can do a simple Google search for "notebook memory", but look in the google "Featured or Sponsored" Links on the side, they are the best ones.
