Does anyone have the link to the thread/guide that describes how to set up and prepare a new computer before really using it and getting adware, spyware, malware and viruses on it ... the website discusses user profiles, system configuration, partitioning (using Acronis or PartitionMagic), backing up the computer before it's first use, then adding programs and backing up the computer at intervals?

While that thread was interesting, I disagree with their suggestions.
