I keep hearing about people purchasing them for about $5. Can I get a link to one? the 64 bit version. I have searched everywhere I can think of. I even tried to contact microsoft but they are not helping.

MS no longer sell Anytime Upgrade discs, they stopped it a while ago.

You just need to get hold of any 64bit Vista install disc. Try borrow off a friend or something.
