I'm going to try to max out my RAM (thanks brianstretch). Depending on where I look.... HP...Best Buy...Crucial, and my system's internal specs, the max is either 1280MB or 2GB. Where should I look for ACCURATE information?

It's 2GB. HP will sell you 2GB (for an extremely inflated price). You have to open up the notebook to get to the internal SODIMM slot which some stores consider to be too inconvenient to mention, thus the occassionally quoted 1280MB limitation.

Basically right now you can get RAM stick thing up to 1 GB. Notebooks almost always come with two ram slots, so if you do the math 1 GB * 2 = 2 GB.

I have no idea about Kingston KVR333SO/1GR would work or not on HP NB, but because the super duper price, I would like to buy one (ok... maybe two[ ;)]) before I get my ZV6000.

Outpost now sells Kingston KVR333SO/1GR in great price $139.99:

but best of all, they supply $30 rebate!

The period is from 4/20 to 4/26.

Are there any opinions about Kingston KVR333SO/1GR?
