Yes BestBuy will have it. If you have a Costco nearby they have a 6 month return policy but you have to buy a membership.

    FYI:

The BEST place to buy is COSTCO. Buy a pre-built model in store... OR CTO (Custom to Order) a unit thru www.costco.com and have it in about 10 days... DIRECT from the HP factory in CHINA... Unit shipping with all the latest hardware revisions.. (Pre-built models sometimes being the "old" hardware revision depending on the sales of the store your thinking of getting it from)

I'd take a CTO built model over a per-built for that reason alone.

The above being said, it's nice to have a local store to do exchanges thru...

If you were to CTO a unit, and for some reason return it to COSTCO, you can return it directly to ANY Costco store... and be credited ALL your money back within minutes.... for a period of 180 days from the time of purchase.

(Buying thru HP Direct and you're only going to get a 21 days return window which is a joke)

Sam'sClub a division of the evil Wally mart empire also has HP models in stock so you might want to check them out...

    .

You asked about stores in you're area carrying xyz model..

    Here's what I'd do:

1: Open your local phone book
2: Look inside, making note of vendors in your area
3: Call, or go to the various websites of those vendors.

Example www BestBuy, www circuit city, Costco, SamsClub, Staples, Office depot, etc

First option thought would be COSTCO, buying in store if they have that model.... OR going to www.costco.com and placing the order on-line.
