    Since I got my laptop and it broke on the second day,I returned it 3 days ago.And when I check the order status,it says return/credit complete,but it seems that the refund has not been returned yet.So can anybody tell me what the problem is?Or I gotta wait a few days.

    Has the laptop reached HP yet? If not then you will have to wait for it to reach there. If it has then give them a call and ask and since it is already Friday, i wouldnt expect anything to happen until Monday(if they havent processed your order).

    As KidA said, the bank could be holding up the funds under their deposit rules and regulations. Sometimes this can take up to 5 days with some banks.
