I want to buy a Expansion Base for the dv6-2110ea laptop. There are several kinds available from retailers who sell through well known marketplace listing sites whom I'm happy to buy through, once my research has confirmed which one I need.

Please give me the definitive answer as to which Expansion Bases are officially compatible with a HP dv6-2110ea laptop?

I am aware that XB3000, XB1000 appear to have compatible physical connectors with the dv6-2110ea, but am not sure if I can just go on the basis of that, are there other things to consider: electrical specs (Volts/Amps), signalling etc, compatible chipsets or whatever.
