I just receieved my laptop and was wondering how my drive compared to others. They put a Seagate Momentus in it (80gb 5400rpm 8mb cache). Which drive did they put in your zv6000?

    Hi,

Out of interest - does any of the above hard disks sounds noisy ie. high frequency noise/ whine coming from it?

I am looking for a quiet hard disk, and have narrowed it down to either a Seagate st94811a 40gb or Hitachi 5k100 40gb.

    Cheers,

    Rob
