Hi, I got myself into a little trouble: days ago I ran the HP Total Care Advisor and it recommended me to take some space available in the Recovery Partition and I clicked "yes". So it took 1GB and created a new partition of that size. With the intention making some usefull usage of that partition I created a new 9GB partition and merge these two using partition magic, but partition magic is not compatible with vista (ja ja) :( .

My question is: is there another program that would work in vista and merge the two new unallocated space, so I can make a single 10GB partition? Any answer and suggestion (except the idea of reinstalling everthing) will be Greatly appreciated!!!

Have you tried Vista's built-in basic partition manager. It should be capable of merging the partitions as well as extending the primary partition to include that unpartitioned space.
