    Why HP tx2500 uses AMD only

    Why doesn't HP offer tx2500 tablet with intel processors, isn't intel core2D supposed to be better than AMD?

    New puma platform with its roaring integrated graphics is a great solution for tablets

    not to mention that the tx2500 is not meant as a performance laptop so the puma platform is a much better value than any intel platform.

    The TX tablet series has been AMD only since it came out early 2007. I also really wish it would use Intel processors and chipsets.

    Looks like AMD secured a exclusive deal with HP to use their processors in this lineup just like Via got a deal for HP to only use their processors in the 2133 MiniNote, which I also wished used Intel. :(
