I have two 4.0 Ahr batteries for my laptop. One came with it, the other one, I bought used from someone who owned a computer that happened to use the same battery.

    One says:
    HP Part # 382552-002
white sticker that says "replace with HP SPARE 398065-001"

    then on the right side,
    HSTNN-UB17
    11.1v 4.0 AHr

Font is different on the other one
    395751-003
white sticker says rep with 396602-001

    HSTNN-IB17
    10.8v 4.0AHr

Well looking at those, they're both 4.0 Ahr....but that's about all they have in common. I'd say that's two different batteries. I assume they both work in your laptop, but even then I look at those numbers and think it's two different model of battery.
