    Why does it show as 6740 on my Catalyst?

    Hi guys,

    No matter what version of catalyst i have installed, it always shows the device ID to be 6740 (instead of 6770). I got the HP DV6-6096 with the i7-2620 and 8GB RAM. You can see the screenshot attached. Do you guys get the same?

    Yup.. that is the device ID for HD6770M.
