I was looking through the HP site and saw the Envy 6t had an option for the 7670m gpu. Then I saw the Spectre XT 15t with a glorious 1920x1080 display with only INTERGRATED GPU (granted same processors available). All I can say is, WHY?!

Looks to me envy is actually renamed pavilion (high performance) and sepctre is the ultrabook flagship line.

Not sure how you expect a dgpu to fit in a touchscreen ultrabook with a low voltage processor.

This is the first one I'm talking about: HP ENVY Ultrabook 6t-1100 | HP® Official Store

If it can fit here, it can fit in that.

Try config one instead of trusting their "spec"

Edit: look like it does Oo, you have a good point.

I did, no dgpu option available for the spectre, but was available for the previous one.

It's possible that HP will broaden the processor + GPU offerings in a couple of months. The Spectre XT 15t just came out and in the past they've offered limited configuration options to start out based on supply availability. I agree it only makes sense to offer at least a low to mid level dedicated GPU in such a premium offering.
